Our team will provide transportation (included in your RSVP) to Globe Life Park in Arlington from our office in Tyler. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride as we take care of all the logistics, ensuring you have a stress-free and enjoyable day.
2:15 -2:50 pm -- Meet at Clifford-Lewis Private Wealth Office
3:00 pm -- Departure from Tyler, TX
5:00 pm -- Arrive at Globe Life Park
5:35 pm -- Private Dinner Buffet Opens (Dinner served until 7 pm)
6:05 pm -- First Pitch
9:00 pm -- Game Ends, Depart from Globe Life Park
11:00 pm -- Arrive at Clifford-Lewis Private Wealth
FAQ's
How do I access my ticket?
All tickets are electronic; you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your ticket from MLB.com. You will be prompted to download the MLB app on your smartphone- please feel free to reach out to us if you have any issues or questions. If there is more than one person in your party, you will receive one email with access to all your parties' tickets.
Do I need to bring a clear bag?
No, but bags must be no larger than 16”x16”x8” to enter Globe Life Field.
Can I bring food and/or drinks into the ballpark?
Guests are permitted to bring outside food into the ballpark as long as it is inside a sealed, clear, quart-sized (or less) plastic bag. Guests may also bring in one sealed non-flavored water in a plastic bottle under 1 liter. One bag of food and one bottle of water per ticket will be permitted.
What do I do if my plans have changed and I can no longer attend?

Can I leave personal items on the bus?
Yes! The bus will be locked and attended during the game.
“Meet us at the Ballpark” Clients
I’m meeting you at the Ballpark! Where do I park?
Along with your electronic ticket, you will also receive a pre-paid parking pass for LOT D. Once parked, look for the entrance titled, “TXU ENERGY NORTH ENTRY”. Once inside the ballpark, turn right and take the stairs or escalator up to the SkyBox to join us!
If I am meeting you at the Ballpark, what time do I need to arrive?
You are free to come as early as you like and make your way to your seat at your leisure; our dinner buffet opens at 5:35 p.m. and the first pitch is at 6:05 p.m.!
